Crushed ITG White Cheddar Crisps or Pretzel Twists

Cauliflower Curry "Hummus" Directions
Steam cauliflower and garlic until tender, about 6-8 mins. Set aside, uncovered and let it cool.
Once cauliflower is cooled and is no longer steaming, place all of the ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with your favorite fresh vegetables, ITG Pretzel Twists, or Salt 'N Vinegar Chips.
